What are the conventional arguments for honesty? How can we broaden our understanding of that virtue as the world continually changes? And what kind of case can we make for honesty today? Being a 300-year-old, progressive, modern fraternity, Freemasonry is well-poised to tease out the answers to such moral questions.
Join the Masons of Friendship Lodge this May 16 for a fantastic evening of fraternity and high-minded conversation. Our Junior Warden will perform a reading of Tara Smith’s The Metaphysical Case for Honesty. After which we’ll then drill down, dissect and discuss this seemingly simple, familiar subject over wine and light refreshments.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm at 8130 N. Denver Avenue. This event is open to all who are interested, regardless of Masonic affiliation. You can read ahead if you like, by downloading the essay here.
